The Tamada (toastmaster) leads the table through several rounds of toasts over the course of the dinner. Each round celebrates a different universal theme, like love, friendship, adventure, humor, etc. After each of the Tamada's toasts, guests are invited to offer their own toasts - as long as they tie into the theme at hand! You don't have to be an orator or poet to make a toast - just a few sincere words from the heart usually make the best toasts.

No! Toasting is optional. However, the more that guests volunteer to offer toasts, the more fun the night becomes. When the Tamada (toastmaster) creates an inviting atmosphere, guests often surprise themselves, and beautiful, heartfelt words come out.

At our Seattle community Supras, we serve a variety of Georgian dishes, family-style. Georgian cuisine is flavorful and diverse, taking inspiration from many sources, from Mediterranean-style salads to Mongolian-style dumplings. Whether you're a vegetarian, gluten intolerant, or a meat lover, you will not leave this dinner unsatisfied.

If you've never had Georgian wine, you are in for a treat. A little known fact is that wine originated in present-day Georgia, 8,000 years ago. At our Seattle community Supras, we offer four unique Georgian wines: a dry white, unique amber, the famous "Saperavi" dry red, and a semi-sweet red.

Each community Supra has 20 participants, and there's usually a mix of individuals, couples and friend groups. It's the perfect way to meet new friends, enjoy a unique date night where things can get real, and celebrate with colleagues or old friends.

Yes! We do frequent Supras for companies, weddings and client appreciation dinners. We can host your Supra at our Glassybaby event space in Madrona, or we can bring the Supra to you, anywhere in the United States.
