Part II: Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “Guest”) and Supra Dinner Society (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of our website, ticket purchases, and participation in community dinner events.
By purchasing a ticket, registering for an event, or attending a Supra Dinner Society event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you may not purchase tickets or participate in our events.
1. Event Registration and Payment
All reservations for community dinners must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
A reservation is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any registration at our discretion.
2. 48-Hour Cancellation Policy
A. Cancellation Window
Community dinner tickets are refundable only if cancellation is requested at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled event start time.

B. Refund Terms
If cancellation is received more than 48 hours before the event:
The ticket price may be refunded or issued as credit, at the Company’s discretion.
Transaction fees, payment processing fees, and third-party service fees are non-refundable.
If cancellation is received within 48 hours of the event start time:
No refund will be issued.
No credit will be issued.
C. Failure to Attend
Failure to attend an event without prior cancellation does not entitle you to a refund or credit.
D. Transfer of Tickets
Guests may request to transfer a ticket to another individual prior to the event. Transfer requests must be approved by the Company.
3. Assumption of Risk
Participation in in-person dining events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Food-related risks, including allergic reactions
Illness or communicable disease exposure
Injury associated with attendance at a hosted event
By attending a Supra Dinner Society event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
Guests are solely responsible for informing the Company of dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of booking.
4. Code of Conduct
Supra Dinner Society is committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment.
We reserve the right to remove any guest from an event, without refund, for:
Harassment or discriminatory conduct
Disruptive or unsafe behavior
Failure to follow event guidelines
Behavior that threatens the safety or comfort of other guests
Our decision in such matters shall be final.
5. Photography and Media Release
Events may be photographed or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes.
By attending an event, you grant Supra Dinner Society a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use your image, likeness, voice, or statements captured during the event for lawful promotional purposes, including but not limited to:
Website content
Social media
Email marketing
Printed materials
If you prefer not to appear in photographs or recordings, you must notify us in advance or inform a team member at the event. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests.
6. Intellectual Property
All content associated with Supra Dinner Society events and website materials, including but not limited to:
Branding
Event concepts
Written materials
Graphics and media
is the exclusive property of Supra Dinner Society and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Supra Dinner Society shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to:
Participation in an event
Cancellation of an event
Use of our website
In no event shall the Company’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the Guest for the specific event giving rise to the claim.
8. Event Changes or Cancellation by Company
We reserve the right to modify event details, including venue, date, time, menu, or format.
If an event is canceled by the Company, guests will receive a refund of the ticket price. Transaction or processing fees charged by third-party providers may not be refundable.
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, government action, venue issues, or public health concerns.
9. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting on our website.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
